Treasures From the Archives is a special section of the Herrington Teddy Bears website dedicated to honoring our history and the extraordinary collections created over the past four decades.

Since our beginnings, Herrington Teddy Bears has partnered with some of the world’smost recognized and respected brands to create exclusive, collectible teddy bears and plush animals. What began years ago with The Cheesecake Factory expanded into collaborations with Giorgio Beverly Hills, Hard Rock Cafe & Hotels, Mercedes-Benz, Cartier, the US Open (USGA), and leading universities across the United States.

 

These collections are now in the hands of collectors around the world.

 

A Legacy of Iconic Partnerships

From luxury fashion houses to global hospitality brands, championship sporting events to prestigious universities, Herrington Teddy Bears has produced memorable editions that celebrate milestones, anniversaries, and brand heritage.

Our collegiate collections alone span more than 250 universities nationwide — beginning with the iconic “Rudy Bear” for Notre Dame, and continuing with schools such as University of Michigan, UCLA, USC, and many more.

Internationally, we’ve partnered with organizations such as Wakaba Perfumes, Japan, and through our work with Hard Rock, our bears have reached over 60 countries and many of the world’s greatest cities.

What “From the Archives” Means

Treasures From the Archives features authentic bears from these original collections.

We’ve carefully gone back into our warehouse and archival storage to locate actual pieces from past production runs. Each bear is professionally photographed and documented in detail — including:

  • Full profile views
  • Close-ups of embroidery and detailing
  • Tush tags
  • Signature ear tags
  • Unique design elements specific to that collection

Each featured bear will have its own dedicated product page, showcasing the craftsmanship and story behind the edition.
